OUT OF TIME

The usual chatter is,“i do not have time to do this or that…“. Most times you will hear somebody you know i.e. a colleague, friend, relative or just anybody always saying this common words. Most people have a busy life that i can not dispute at all. We live in a society whereby if you do not work hard you will lack in the basic necessities or you will not have the required resources to sustain your self in a competitive community. Our lives are centered on getting things done to ensure our survival.
I usually ask my friends if we could hang out for a little bit, but the answer i get most times is,”i am too busy with other things, i do no have the time to do that……..“. I agree with them, times are hard and things are thick. Look at this way, every waking moment that you see another day it is good to at least appreciate it. Life has a way of engulfing us in its grip and manipulating how things happen in our lives.
It is important to cherish the free moments that we get in our every day life. All in all we need to take some quality time and do what we love and just take a chill pill. It is not a quest to be conquered that you always have to get enveloped in the daily hustles of life. You could take an hour or four hours and just do your thing, no pressure, no deadlines to meet, no work to attend to, just you and a serene environment.
Indulging in social activities like playing sports or board games, going for swimming, jogging, hiking, road trips, clubbing and so forth, are ways of unwinding after a tiring and demanding day. You can create time for yourself, otherwise you will miss out on the little pleasures that are there in life. You need to understand am not saying you procrastinate your duties or obligations but when you see or get an opportunity it is best to take up something to ease your days.
This days people are going for salsa classes, cooking classes, a day at the spa or the in thing zumba fitness party to let lose. All this is to let go of every day stress, keep in shape, to be healthy and most important to have fun. So, even as you live your busy life know this, try and find time to enjoy the little things in life because one day you will look back and realize they were a vital part of your every day life.
